As a provider of Community Support Services (CSS), our professionals work hard to forge productive relationships to help children, families, and adults achieve more positive life outcomes. Our CSS program is designed to provide services to individuals who have additional needs beyond routine outpatient mental health and substance abuse services.
Caring Family Network offers a full continuum of services, allowing individuals to receive many needed services under one roof. Caring Family Network's Community Support Services can serve as an entry point into the agency's and community's array of available services. Our Community Support staff members are able to assist consumers as they navigate the mental health system. We serve both children and adults with a wide range of service needs and can provide assistance from entry into the system through discharge.
Community Support Services are delivered by team members who fill specific roles in service provision. This facilitates a higher quality of care, allowing individuals to benefit from a team of professionals collaborating on their behalf. In addition, Caring Family Network maintains the capacity to assure referred individuals receive the services needed in a timely fashion.
